Youth Mind Training builds the basis for forming healthy self-identity and pursuing self-actualization.
There are two types of conflicts in relationships.
Firstly, conflicts can occur due to the differences in thought standards between two people. Everyone has their own thought standards and no two people share
identical thought standards. Conflicts occur when you think that your thought standards are right and the counterparty’s standards are wrong. Then, you may
blame the counterparty for causing conflicts.
Secondly, conflicts can occur due to errors of psychological interactions. When two people interact psychologically, they express their emotions unconsciously
and perceive the counterparty’s emotions consciously. The counterparty may have expressed whatever comes up without thinking carefully, but you may
perceive that the counterparty’s expression must have been intentional and conclude that he or she must not like you any more based on the counterparty’s
unconscious expressions. Here, errors of psychological interaction refers to the phenomenon where our perception and expression can be distorted and it is
possible that we misunderstand the counterparty and the relationship.
